No matter how small, acknowledge the achievement

Sometimes we keep looking at achieving the final end result of whatever project or initiative we are working on. This sometimes can be very frustrating.
Your plan is always broken into steps. Start acknowledging success at each of the steps. It will be a lot more satisfying and encouraging.
So, "No matter how small, acknowledge the achievement".
